Coronation Street favourite Tyrone Dobbs will apparently be left fighting for his life in an upcoming episode, due to be screened next month.
According to the Daily Star, the mechanic (played by Alan Halsall) will be left seriously injured in a building accident.
The ceiling in his home, which is undergoing renovations, collapses causing a large drill and other debris to fall on top of him.
Tyrone is then rushed to hospital, leaving the other residents worried and his friend Jason Grimshaw (Ryan Thomas) feeling guilty as he is the one being paid to do the work.
Tyrone Dobbs will end up in hospital following the incident.
