Struggling with the aftermath of Callum Logan’s death, Sarah Platt finds herself reaching out to an unlikely confidante this week.
Viewers will see the Rovers barmaid feeling isolated, as she finds it increasingly difficult to act normal after helping Kylie and brother David cover up Callum’s death.
Sarah will start to feel the pressure later this month when Tony Stewart and the Grimshaws start asking questions about why Callum hasn’t been around lately.
It’s only when vicar Billy Mayhew notices Sarah snapping at Todd does he suspect something might be wrong, and checks in with Sarah to see if she’s ok.
After he reassures her that anything told to him is kept in the strictest of confidence, Sarah starts to open up about her recent dramas.
She reveals that her boyfriend threatened her and that things go out of hand, but Billy knows more is yet to come.
Viewers will have to wait to see if Sarah’s conscience will spill the rest of the story to her new confidante.
