We wondered when we were going to see a sequel!
It’s been revealed by Deadline that Space Jam 2 may be in pipeline with the possibility of NBA’s LeBron James to star in the big-screen movie.
According to Deadline, Warner Bros. is developing a screenplay for the project in collaboration with Charlie and Willie Ebersol.
The original film was released 18 years ago (yes, we felt old too), and starred Michael Jordan as the basketball hero, as well as popular characters from the Looney Tunes world.
No further details of the sequel have been revealed.
