The treats just keep on comin’ for fans of ’00s US teen drama One Tree Hill.
We reported a few weeks ago that some of the cast were having a mini-reunion in Chicago later this year.

Now, EW reports that there was a mini-reunion of the cast at the weekend at Inside OTH, an annual fan convention in North Carolina, where the series was filmed.

Fans saw cast members Chad Michael Murray, Hilarie Burton, Bethany Joy Lenz, Shantel VanSanten, and Antwon Tanner take to the stage to blast out a karaoke version of the show’s famous theme song, ‘I Don’t Wanna Be’, by Gavin DeGraw.
Here they are belting it out. All together now…”I DON’T WANNA BE ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT I’VE BEEN TRYIN’ TO BE LATELY!”

The OTH cast have regularly got together ever since the series finished its nine-year run in 2012.
Indeed, it’s lovely to see that the cast are still good mates after all this time. Last year, they went on a session at a bar in Montreal.

The show only ended four years ago, but is it too soon to talk about rebooting it for a reunion special? Maybe Netflix could make a couple of feature-length instalments in the same way it’s doing with Gilmore Girls?
