Home and Away’s Leah is on the road to recovery after suffering a head injury in the soap’s recent bus crash but it sounds as though things are going to get even tougher.
A fire will start in Leah’s home and although Leah, her son VJ and partner Zac aren’t home at the time, they soon realise that Matt and Oscar could be inside.
Matt is trapped inside as the blaze takes over
The boys were due to have a study session and when Zac learns that his nephew and one of his students could be inside, he immediately rushes in to the burning building.
Zac, played by Charlie Clausen said: “It’s a complete shock to see their house on fire. But the real concern is when they realise Matt and Oscar might be inside”.
“There is no time to wait. If the guys are in there, then every second counts. I don’t think he could live with himself if he just stood there and the boys were inside”.

These scenes will air next week in Australia and Irish viewers will see them in September.
