It sounds like a different member of Girls Aloud could be sitting on The X Factor panel this year.
Sarah Harding has revealed that she would definitely consider taking Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s place if she were to leave.
She told Telly Mix: “I’d consider it. It’s a lot to take on, especially that big a role. It’s a massive commitment and you’ve got to be prepared for a lot of flak.
“You’ve got to have thick skin if you’re going to be a judge, but I’d like to think I can spot potential.”

Cheryl and Simon returned to the panel last year.
Sarah added that Chezza’s success would mean even more pressure: “Obviously it’s a lot to live up to, especially when your bandmate’s done so well… she makes everyone sit up and take note.”
As yet it hasn’t been confirmed whether any of last year’s judges – which include Simon Cowell, Mel B, Louis Walsh and Cheryl – will return.
