If you are recently engaged or thinking about getting engaged then this new RTÉ show wants to hear from you.
RTÉ is looking for engaged couples to take part in a new series called My Big Day: Home or Away, which will be produced by the production company COCO Television.
If you’re currently in the process of planning your wedding or have an idea about one in the future then you will know there are so many options these days. You have so many hotels and venues to choose from here in Ireland and if you were to set your sights further afield then you have plenty of places abroad which are all within easy reach by hopping on a plane.
But making that decision is the hard part and that’s where this show comes in to help.
The whole idea of the show will be based on couple’s decisions about getting married at home or abroad. It sounds quite like Home in the Sun but for weddings instead of houses.
The show will see two different wedding planners, one at home and one abroad, who will try to help the couples pick their perfect wedding destination and venue.
