Prepare to feel very old.
Spy Kids hit cinemas in 2001 and centred around two young kids, Carmen and Juni, who had to become spies to save their parents, who happened to be ex-spies, from an evil mastermind.
The parents were played by Antonio Banderas and Carla Gugino, while the kids were played by Daryl Sabara and Alexa PenaVega.
Alexa was 13 at the time of its release, and along with her on-screen brother, was the main focus of the movie. She’s come a long way from her Spy Kids days and now at the age of 27-years-old is all grown up and looks completely different.
She’s still acting away but in recent years has mainly starred in TV shows such as Nashville, The Mentalist, The Tomorrow People and Muertoons.
If you haven’t seen her since Spy Kids then you probably wouldn’t recognise her now.
