It’s obviously a day for throwbacks for the internet is ablaze with chat about how Skins star Megan Prescott, who played Emily Fitch, is training to be a bodybuilder.
Megan, who you might remember starred alongside her twin sister Kathyrn, as Katie and Emily Fitch.
The 24-year-old is now a bodybuilder who has released a video explaining her journey, entitled Megan Prescott: Dumbbells and Donuts Introduction.
The actress/gym guru also keeps her followers up to date with her progress, posting regular updates to her account.
Kathryn, meanwhile, is off stateside according to Cosmopolitan, where she recently landed a part in MTV show Finding Carter.
