It looks like the cobbles are setting up for the wedding of the (last) century, with snaps emerging from filming outside Manchester’s Salford Civic Centre.
80s fever is taking over the soap for the wedding of favourites Beth Tinker and Kirk Sutherland.
Between Adam Ant and Madonna’s ‘Like a Virgin’, there was corsets, lace and pouffe skirts taking over ‘Weatherfield Civic Centre’ for the registry office wedding.
The scenes, set to be screened over Christmas, capture Beth’s bridesmaids with Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) Maria Connor (Samia Ghadie) and Sinead Tinker (Katie McGlynn) kitted out in retro gear for the special occasion.
We can’t wait for the wedding drama to unfold…
