Graham Norton isn’t exactly known for mincing his words and today referred to Paul Galvin as “an attractive tramp”.
Last night’s instalment of The Late Late Show was probably the highlight of the series as Tubs was joined by X Factor’s Dermot O’Leary, philanthropist and actress Eva Longoria, crime journalist Paul Williams, former Kerry footballing legend turned fashion guru Paul Galvin and the brilliant Graham Norton.
Norton, who provided us with plenty of laughs as the opening guest, told listeners on his BBC Radio 2 programme about his appearance.
“I did The Late Late Show last night. Ryan had me and Dermot O’Leary on as well as a Kerry footballer who also does a fashion blog”.

Ryan Tubridy chats to Paul Galvin.
The 51-year-old and Galvin, who were both on the show to promote their autobiographies, met backstage at the RTÉ studio.
“I know it seems unlikely and it’s more unlikely when you see him,” he continued.
“I saw him walk out of the toilet and thought ‘what an attractive tramp, how did he get in?’”.
Although Galvin wasn’t wearing his red socks that sent the country into a tizzy during his 2010 appearance on the show, we must admit, we thought the Kerryman gave a great interview and we’ve a lot of time for men that have an appreciation for fashion.
Play nice, Graham.
Hat-tip to the Irish Daily Mirror for this one.
