While everyone was buzzing over Ariana Grande’s surprise appearance at Coachella over the weekend, there was another famous face who took to the main stage.
Riverdale’s KJ Apa picked up the guitar to join Kygo on Friday night during the DJ’s performance of It Ain’t Me.
The Kiwi actor first teased the appearance on Instagram on Thursday night, writing:
“See ya on stage with @kygomusic.”

Apa first began playing guitar around the age of 12, later releasing his debut album in 2012, and regularly shares videos of himself playing music on Instagram.
And fans were only delighted after he appeared on Coachella’s main stage.
Footage of the performance has been doing the rounds on social media, with social media users saying he “slayed” the performance.
One person wrote:

Following his appearance, Apa shared a photo of himself on stage, simply captioning it: “Crazy.”
