One magician’s trick went seriously wrong on last night’s Britain’s Got Talent

Magician Ben Blaque first stormed his way into the Britain’s Got Talent semi-finals after an impressive audition.

His first act involved blindfolds and arrows and bells and tensions ran particularly high when he narrowly avoided Simon Cowell with a razor sharp arrow.

The magician seriously disappointed fans last night when his act failed to impress. For the act, he brought judge Alesha on stage and asked her to chose 4 out of 5 levers that would release an arrow from a crossbow. Four of the arrows were aimed within inches of Blaque, with the fifth supposedly aimed straight for him.

When Alesha released the first lever, two arrows were somehow released adding a moments tension but ultimately killing the suspense of the act.

Blaque adjusted and said that the judge could only release another two levers but it all got a bit confusing and was ultimately quite unexciting.

What’s more, Blaque failed to prove either of the remaining two arrows were actually pointed mid target.

And because nothing gets past the fine viewers of Britain’s Got Talent, twitter users reveled in pointing out the lackluster act.
