She’s been one of the most talked about contestants in the Love Island villa.
But Megan Barton-Hanson’s father, Kevin, has reportedly taken time off from work as he is struggling with his daughter appearing on the show.
A source close to the instance broker claimed that he “couldn’t face anyone” for the last three weeks of this series of Love Island, and is hoping the fuss soon dies down.
They told The Sun:
“Kevin is humiliated and has taken three weeks off work so he doesn’t have to face anyone.
“If he could have taken three months off, I’m pretty sure he would have.
“He’s a serious businessman. He’s not coped well with the thought of the country ogling his daughter in the Love Island villa.”
It comes as Margot Robbie recently discussed the claims that she resembled the divisive Love Island contestant.
In one of the earlier episodes, Dr. Alex told the rest of his housemates that he reckoned Megan looked like the actress.
And the Wolf of Wall Street star has now responded to the comment, telling Metro:
“The other night we were watching and I think it was Alex [George] who said that, and we all lost it!
“We were like, ‘Oh my God, they know who I am on Love Island!’
“I personally don’t see the resemblance. We’d just finished drinking beer and eating crisps and saying, ‘We’re so disgusting we could never be on Love Island we’re such fatties, they would never let us on’.”
Continuing, the star praised the show and the girls incredible phisques saying:
“They all have some amazing bodies and they are so gorgeous and are always so done up and looking incredible, and then they said [I look like her] and we were like, ‘Oh my God!'”
