It’s back. Finally.
Love Island has returned to our screens and it’s a glorious day for all involved.
The reality TV dating show returned this evening and with a whole new host of boys and girls to do bits, fall in love, and get us through the summer.
And although this year’s contestants have only just met each other, tonight’s episode was not at all short of drama. There was coupling up, getting to know each other, and of course, a bit of toe sucking. Sure it wouldn’t be summer without it, lads.
Faye also dropped the single most incredible line of the series so far: “I’m looking for someone who can rip me a new arsehole.” She then followed up with the rather bewildering “Oh I didn’t mean it like that!”
What did you mean then, Faye?! WHAT DID YOU MEAN??
Chances are we won’t be finding out for a while yet, but until then, at least we’ve got something else to distract us – the fact that Jake has admitted within 30 while seconds of being on screen that he likes to suck toes.
“I like sucking toes,” he said, in his pre-interview. Fair play to him.
The first guy to literally run into the villa, the water engineer got his pick of the girls. Liberty stepped forward for Jake, so he decided to couple up with her. Our first couple has been confirmed. Love to see it.
But it wasn’t Jake’s entrance and eventual coupling up that got Twitter talking – it was of course his toe-based admission, and lads, the reaction… it’s good to be back.

After Jake, Aaron landed into the villa. He chatted a bit about confidence and being single for seven months.
He unfortunately did not mention anything about toe sucking. We solider on.
