These islanders were sitting a little too close for some viewers’ liking.
Eagle-eyed viewers are convinced that things might not be over for good for one Love Island couple, after they spotted a secret chat happening in the background of last night’s show.
Earlier this week, Aaron called things off with Sharon, after the arrival of two new Islanders – Lucinda and Millie. Aaorn made it no secret that he wasn’t impressed with his partner’s reaction to Hugo’s “fake” comments during a game of Mr and Mrs. Additionally, he was vocal about how he felt Sharon was too career-driven, which was, for some reason, a problem for him.
In any case, the couple split during Wednesday’s episode, and viewers were less than impressed with how he handled it.
However, some Love Island viewers haven’t written this pair off completely after spotting a secret chat taking place between the two.
As the drama between Toby and Kaz unfolded, Sharon and Aaron were looking quite cosy in the background. The current theory is that Aaron plans on winning Sharon back, after Lucinda and Millie seemed more interested in the other boys.
On Twitter, one viewer wrote: “They were sitting a littlleeee too close”.
Another asked: “Has Aaron secretly crawled back to Sharon because Millie and Lucinda prefer the other boys?”
A fellow viewer responded: “Yes I noticed that sus little cosy chat too, almost glad Kaz came over and interrupted, Sharon got saved by the bell.”
At this stage, it’s hard to predict how things will go for the couples one way or another.
Tonight’s episode will see the arrival of Teddy Soares, who may shake things up a bit.
The 26 year-old financial consultant from Manchester has said that he signed up for the show because he’s “ready for love”.
“I’ve always been the type of guy to be in long relationships,” Teddy said. “Never broken three years though. If I do find someone in the villa, I’m going to take it seriously.”
