“What is your issue?!”
Last night, two more Love Island contestants left the villa – and it was all kind of sweet, really.
Sam Bird and Georgia Steel decided that, after splitting up so they could stay in the villa, they actually wanted to re-couple with each other.
Since that was against the rules of them being allowed to stay in the villa, they decided to tell their fellow contestants they would be recoupling anyways – and leave the show if they had to.
Standing in front of the fire-pit (and the rest of the Islanders), Sam said:
“I’d like to say something that’s quite important to me. Obviously, me and
Georgia made a decision to split up a few days ago.“Ever since then, I’ve gravitated towards Georgia. I feel like Georgia is the person I want to be with. I am falling for her.
“And that being said, I actually refuse to recouple and if it means I have to leave the villa then I will.”
As he sat back down, Georgia stood up to give a similarly emotional speech.
She said:
“I feel like the last couple of days, I’ve not only lost a guy that I really fancy but I’ve also lost my best mate.
“I’m not going to recouple with somebody that I would be messing with their emotions because that’s not me.
“I want to recouple with Sam inside the villa or outside the villa, whatever that might be.”
Their friends in the villa applauded the decision, as the couple hugged and kissed.
However, while viewers’ hearts melted over Sam and Georgia’s declarations, they were also raging at Josh Denzel’s reaction to it all.
Josh and Georgia had previously been coupled up, until the boys were sent to Casa Amor and he returned to the main villa with his now-girlfriend, Kaz.
As Sam stood up to announce his decision, some people accused Josh of “smirking” throughout it all – and that he “can’t stand seeing Georgia happy”.
Josh is a hater. Be happy with Kaz. Why is he always shading Georgia? It’s actually enough. He’s a grown man acting like a bitchy child. #LoveIsland
