Looks like we could be one step closer to a Scrubs reunion

EAAAAGLEEEEE.

It’s been almost eight years since Sacred Heart closed its doors.

But, if some of the cast members of Scrubs have their way, they could soon be on the small screen together again.

Provided it’s in a limited format, that is.

The show’s creator (and J.D. actor) Zach Braff recently admitted that the cast “daydream” about the idea of doing a one-off return.

He told TV Guide:

“I don’t think we’d do a traditional TV show thing, but I think we daydream about the idea of doing, like, a TV movie.

“That’s something that feels more realistic.

“Because everyone is so all over the place… I don’t think we’d want to do a revival of the show, but I think what’s more realistic and feasible would be to do sort of a – like Psych did a two-hour movie.

“I think that would be something we could all do. I mean, I would.”

Meanwhile, Sarah Chalke, who played Elliot on the show, also threw her support behind the idea of a possible return to Sacred Heart.

She added:

“Would I do a Scrubs reunion movie? Hell yes, I would!

“It was such a great job. We all still hang out and I would love it.”
