Bins.
Yep, this was the main topic of conversation on last night’s episode of Eastenders and of course everyone took to Twitter to ask what the actual hell was happening.
Whitney was completely confused as to where dirty nappies go, Lauren was freaking out about how much rubbish there once the bins were restricted to ‘every other week’ and Les was raging with the bins outside his front door.
With one episode almost entirely concentrated on bins, it’s hardly surprising that viewers were baffled and are calling for scriptwriters to think up another storyline.
Below are a few of the tweets shared by viewers responding to #BinGate.
Lmfao everyone on #Eastenders kicking off over recycling bins! Literally me.

One guy had the utmost sympathy for poor Len and dedicated a tweet to him.
“Once every two weeks, Pam. The bins. Once every two weeks. We’re leaving Walford” #EastEnders pic.twitter.com/8ObyhWzoK9

In general, people were just astounded at the fact that separate recycling bins were made such a big deal of.
Are the residents about 5 years behind? Sure we’ve had separate recycling bins for years now :s #EastEnders
