When it comes to Harry Potter, we all have a favourite character that we wax lyrical about.
Lots of people identify with Ron, Hermione is doing it for the girls and everyone wants to find out what it’s like to be Harry Potter (okay okay, so we know it’s fictional but just indulge us already).
Spotted on METRO, J.K. Rowling has just revealed who her fave is…none other than Mr Albus Dumbledore.
The author made the revelation when answering a Twitter question who queried her top choice, which has to be a tough question, considering the number of characters she has created throughout the Harry Potter series.

Tweeting her response, Rowling simply offered one word: Dumbledore.
To be fair, it’s not like the great wizard who presided over Hogwarts for most of Harry’s school-going days, needs any introduction.
All hail Albus Dumbledore.
