ITV’s Good Morning Britain was evacuated this morning due to a fire.
According to The BBC, a fire broke out on the set forcing the show to stop and resulting in fifty people evacuating the building.
The fire started in the post room of the main ITV building and the fire brigade was called to tackle the blaze.
London Fire Brigade released this statement, “Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers have tackled a small fire at ITV Studios on London’s Southbank this morning.
“Part of a post room on the first floor was damaged by fire. The fire meant that Good Morning Britain was taken off air.”
