Things have been a little rocky for Albert Square residents, Abi Branning (Lorna Fitzgerald) and Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) of late.
However with the couple preparing to move to Bolton, it looked like things were turning up.

That all changes after Aunt Sal mistakes Lola for Jay’s girlfriend (fans of the soap will know that Jay and Lola share a close relationship).
This really upsets Abi and things are made worse when Ben Mitchell tells her that he thinks Jay might have feelings for Lola.
Abi decides to confront Jay but he has already decided to end their relationship, saying he needs to stay in Walford.
Thinking that his change of heart is because of Lola, Abi is brokenhearted. These scenes are due to air next week and it looks like this might be the end of the road for the couple…
