One of our favourite Home and Away characters is soon to face a big decision as Brax has to decide whether to plead guilty or not guilty to a crime he didn’t commit.
It was recently revealed that Brax (Steve Peacocke) will face arrest for murdering Dean, ex-boyfriend of Ash’s sister, and as the trial approaches Brax has a lot on his mind.
The evidence is stacked against him and Brax’s lawyer maintains that he will get a lighter sentence if he pleads guilty.

Brax is facing a huge decision
If Brax pleads guilty, the charge will be reduced to manslaughter which means an eight year sentence.
If he pleads not guilty and is convicted, he could face 20 years in prison.
Both Ricky and the couple’s unborn child are huge factors in Brax’s decision and he is completely torn about what to do.
Steve spoke to TV Week about the upcoming storyline: “Brax thinks this is all so unjust. He wonders why he should have to go down for a murder he didn’t commit.”
We’re going to be glued to our screens for the outcome of this trial!
