It looks like things are going to get steamy in tonight’s episode of EastEnders…
Karin Smart, played by Denise Van Outen, is set to make her first appearance on Albert Square and it doesn’t take long for her to make an impression.
In her search for Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), with whom she has some sort of history, Karin meets Max Branning (Jake Wood) and the pair hit it off.
Karin doesn’t waste any time getting to know Max.
So much so that they apparently end up making a business deal AND locking lips (as seen in stills released by show bosses).
Speaking previously about the role, Denise said: “The character is really fun and she is a bit naughty… I can’t reveal too much but there’s definitely going to be fireworks.”
EastEnders gave fans a sneak peak of the action.
