Corrie is set to gain two new members with the addition of Johnny and Kate Connor.
Fans of the show will know that Aidan Connor, former X Factor winner Shayne Ward, joined the show in August and the family is set to expand in the coming weeks.
Kate, Aidan’s sister, is engaged to a soldier and has a “mischievous” character while Johnny, father to Aidan, is described as a “charming but ruthless” businessman.
Kate and Johnny are to join the show on October 5th
Aidan, cousin of Weatherfield regular Michelle Connor, invested in Underworld to help out childhood friend Carla but it seems he’s hasn’t been completely truthful about where the funds came from.
The new cast members are set to join on Monday October 5th and there’s sure to be plenty of drama on the cobbles when they arrive.
