Emmerdale fans are seriously worried about Rebecca White after a grim discovery was made in last night’s episode.
Thursday night’s dramatic double-bill saw serial killer Lachlan set the cabin where he had been keeping his aunt captive on fire.
The mum hasn’t been seen on-screen since August 9, when her nephew (and kidnapper) appeared to suffocate her in shocking scenes.
And after the teen told Rebecca’s baby son, Seb, that his mum “loved him very much” – rather than, you know, the present tense “loves him” – fans began to worry she may really be dead.
But, without there being an actual body, others simply refused to believe it.
However, this may all set to change after the cops investigating the cabin fire appeared to make a grim discovery.
Two policemen told Priya Sharma that the cabin fire hadn’t been an accident – as another approached them with his findings.
He called out to them:
“Over here. Think you need to take a look at this.”
The camera cut to a white bag that was peeking out of the soil, as the cops moved to investigate it.
The policeman added:
“We got a scent and dug it up. I think it’s blood.”
