The Albert Square residents may have waved goodbye to evil Babe Smith, better known as Aunt Babe, but it won’t be the last time we see her.
According to the Radio Times Annette Badland, whose exit scenes aired this week, will be reprising her role in the soap later this year.
Aunt Babe will return to Albert Square later this year.
An insider told the publication: “Aunt Babe will be back at some point and the Carters should definitely keep looking over their shoulders.
“After all, Cora (Ann Mitchell) knows that Babe has a big secret and the viewers still have to discover what that is.”
