Coronation Street’s live episode took place last night to mark the 60th anniversary of the soap and today everyone is talking about one scene in particular.
You may have noticed a chalkboard at The Rovers Return which read “Katie Lowe, will you marry me?!”
ITV held a competition for one lucky fan to get a special message on the live episode.
A Twitter user with the handle @literallyadam won the prize but according to The Mirror, it may have been a fake account.
The account in question has since been deleted and the show’s producers have not been able to get in touch with either Adam or his bride to be.
A source told the publication: “They’re looking into trying to find Adam and Katie but they haven’t had any luck let”.
The scene took place at the end of the episode’s first half when the camera cut away to an ad break.
