Generally, when a lad and a girl get together, it’s the girl’s dad that the lad dreads meeting.
Dads tend to have this reputation of being scary and over protective and could potentially break your face in at any moment.
However, in this instance, it’s a girl’s mam that someone should be afraid of – most notably Dani Dyer’s mam.
Here’s why.
Jo appeared on This Morning earlier today to talk about her daughter’s new relationship with Jack Fincham – one of the only relationships on Love Island that isn’t actually built on lies and deceit and people cracking on with other people when they’re supposed to be in a loving relationship.
Unlike Dani’s dad Danny Dyer though, Jo wasn’t so easy going about the idea of Jack dating her daughter.
And she certainly didn’t call him her son-in-law either.
Instead, she told a story of another time that a lad had broken her daughter’s heart and what she did in that instance… and it doesn’t sound too pleasant.
Jo said:
“I made sure he had to go for his safety.
“(She said:) You are not allowed near our daughter, near the drive; I can’t stand you, I’m going to tell your mum!”’
Yeah, Dani Dyer’s mam literally went to tell her daughters’ ex’s mum on him.
Iconic.
This comes after it was confirmed today that Danny Dyer would be entering the villa for the special parents episode of the series.
