Coronation Street’s Lolly is set to make distressing – and false – accusations against Rana next week.
Tensions have been high ever since Kate’s old school friend, who seemingly showed up out of nowhere, arrived in Weatherfield earlier this year.
While Kate has been on board with reconnecting with her old pal, Lolly’s continued interference with wedding plans has left Rana feeling a bit ostracised.
According to Digital Spy, things are going to take another turn next week after Lolly books a stripper for their hen night.
Kate and Rana are both furious she has ignored their wishes, and end up sneaking off to the factory for a private moment.
This gives Rana the chance to show Kate the bespoke outfit she had made for her for the wedding – and, based off the preview photos, it looks pretty gorgeous.
Once they return to the party, Rana is furious when Lolly makes a rude remark about their absence – and she tells Kate that she no longer wants her at the wedding.
Kate eventually gathers the courage to tell Lolly she’s no longer invited to their big day, which leads Lolly – stung by the latest twist – to accuse Rana of making a pass at her.
She wrongly claims that Rana fancies her – and while Kate doesn’t believe a word of it, Lolly’s claims spark a massive (and mega public) row at Speed Daal.
And, following actress Bhavna Limbachia’s announcement she was going to be leaving the soap, fans have begun to wonder if Lolly may have something to do with how Rana is killed off.
