Coronation Street bosses have apparently signed deals to hang onto four of their most popular cast members amid rumours of a crisis.
According to The Mirror, Brooke Vincent (Sophie Webster) and Kym Marsh (Michelle Connor) have put pen to paper to stay for at least another year.

Catherine Tyldesley (Eva Price) and Jennie McAlpine (Fiz Stape), who both recently returned from maternity leave, are also committed to the soap until 2016.
The news comes after Alison King (Carla Connor) and Craig Charles (Lloyd Mullaney) announced that they are waving goodbye to the cobbles.
