Great British Bake Off judge and food writer Mary Berry demonstrates recipes for an outdoor summer lunch, preparing the best of what the season has to offer. Last in the series.

Game of Thrones – Sky Atlantic (9.00pm)
First episode of the highly anticipated season four. Tyrion receives a guest at King’s Landing, and Jon Snow finds himself unwelcome at Castle Black. Arya runs into an unexpected “friend” and Daenerys heads toward Meereen.
The Wings of the Dove – TG4 (9.30pm)
Romantic drama adapted from the novel by Henry James, starring Helena Bonham Carter, Linus Roache, Michael Gambon and Elizabeth McGovern. An Englishwoman, desperate for money, comes up with a plan to make money by marrying off her lover to a dying heiress.
Dear Daughter – RTÉ One (11.05pm)
Another chance to see the documentary on the late campaigner Christine Buckley. First shown back in 1996, she gives her account of life as a child in Dublin’s Goldenbridge orphanage, run by the Sisters of Mercy.

Sleepers – ITV4 (12.00am)
Drama, starring Brad Pitt, Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Kevin Bacon, Jason Patric and Minnie Driver. Four teenagers are sentenced to reform school after a prank results in the accidental death of an old man. There, they suffer sexual abuse at the hands of the guards. Years later, after they’ve lead separate lives, they encounter one of their abusers and plot revenge.
