Narcos will return to Netflix on September 2nd and just ahead of that they’ve released a new trailer. All ten episodes for season two will launch on Friday, September 2nd.
Narcos tells the gripping real-life stories of the infamous drug kingpins of the late 1980s and the corroborative efforts of police to meet them head on in brutal, bloody conflict.
Its gritty storytelling details the many forces, including legal, political, police, military and civilian, that clash in the effort to control cocaine, one of the world’s most valuable commodities. The second season will pick up with Pablo Escobar escaping from prison.
Everyone from the DEA, Search Bloc, The Cali Cartel and Los Pepes want him dead and judging by the trailer it’s going to be intense.
If you haven’t watched Narcos yet then you still have time to binge on the first series on Netflix before season two returns.
