Do you remember these guys?
When it comes to the Eurovision, we opt for the likes or Dustin the Turkey and Jedward to sing for Ireland, as well as former boyband stars.
Going on a different approach, the UK Eurovision team seem adamant to have someone from the X Factor representing them.
At the moment, six contestants have been shortlisted and will all compete to be chosen on ‘Eurovision: You Decide’ all of whom have been on X Factor at some point.
The most recognizable faces among the bunch are probably Danyl Johnson and Lucie Jones who both appeared on the live shows in the 2009 series.
If you need a reminder of the two, check out their performances below.
The other four have all had their stint on the X Factor, such as Nate Simpson, who made it to Nicole Scherzinger’s Judges’ Houses in 2016 and Olivia Garcia who made it to the six chair challenge.
Holly Brewer auditioned in 2015 as did Selena Mastroianni in 2012.
Here’s a peak at what each would be singing if they get chosen.
