Especially THAT final moment.
The latest episode of Riverdale’s second season was almost full of more drama than the entire season combined.
And, despite the fact that we finally got clued into the Black Hood’s identity, we’ve still got more questions than answers.
Sine there’s just one more episode left until the end of season, we’re hoping the show runners are kind – or, at least, that they answer some of the bigger ones.
Otherwise it’s going to be a really long wait.
Here are the five big questions we have after that big Riverdale episode.

Is Jughead alive?
Okay, that may have sounded a little more intense than I meant it to – but also, have you seen the trailer for the finale?
Riverdale’s beanie-wearing narrator was last seen sacrificing himself to try and save the town, before the episode ended with his dad F.P. carrying his body out of the woods.
Which is, of course, the point that the episode cuts out.
With the previous teases that this is going to be a “heart-stopping” tragedy of a finale, we’re just hoping it doesn’t mean the end for Juggy.
That would just be cruel to Betty.
Who is the other Black Hood?
We now know that Betty’s dad, Hal, is the Black Hood – and, for about all of two minutes, it seemed like that was going to be ‘the’ reveal.
Only…Archie and his dad, Fred, were getting attacked/shot at by the Black Hood while Hal was confessing.
And since Hal said that he wasn’t the one behind the Hood when the killer appeared to open fire during the mayoral debate, there’s either a copycat on the loose or he wasn’t working alone.
We reckon it’s the meant-to-be-dead Charles. Or maybe Hal’s twin (who could still totally be legit).
What are Hiram’s real intentions?
There’s SO much chaos going on at the moment in Riverdale, and Hiram seems to be at the middle of it all.
He’s really keen to get Fred out of the way – so much so that he was willing to throw his wife under the bus to do so – and really wants a win in the race for mayor.
And with the $1 million bounty for the Black Hood and his new relationship with Penny Peabody and the Ghoulies….this has got to be about more than a for-profit prison, right?
Where is Chic?
There hasn’t been a single word or sighting of Chic since the Black Hood went running after him three episodes ago.
Which is fairly understandably, because if we were in his shoes (provided he made it away from the killer in one piece) we probably wouldn’t be reaching out to the people who dropped us off to the Black Hood in the first place.
Still, though. The fact that Betty seems to still be searching for him definitely means there’s more to his story.
No, but seriously, is Jughead alive?
Riverdale surely wouldn’t kill off one of the ‘core four’ so quickly into the series, would they?
