There was great excitement when the announcement was made that everyone, even muggles could find their very own patronus.

For you non Harry Potter fans, a patronus is a guardian which acts as a shield between you and evil Dementors.

You can summon your patronus through the Expecto Patronum spell. Your patronus generally has some significance to you, for example, Harry’s was a stag, just like his fathers was.

There are all sorts of animals you can get as a result, and many Hogwarts fans have been left very surprised at the results.

J.K Rowling herself even found the Harambe one funny and retweeted it.

She later explained that she had to make it clear that it was not a real Patronus!
