Former One Direction star Zayn Malik and his fiancée Perrie Edwards reportedly took another big step together this week.
The pair are said to have splashed out £3 million on a new home in the UK.
According to reports, the couple bought a house just outside London which is said to boast six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The couple has shot down rumours of a split.
The house is also believed to have once been the home of a Premier League footballer.
“This is a big statement by Perrie and Zayn,” a source told The Sun.
“They’ve had to shoot down rumours of a split after his exit from the band and this is both of them showing everyone just how serious they are.”
Zayn is believed to be recording with Naughty Boy.
“They’re engaged and need somewhere they can both call home – and this house is it,” the insider continued.
“It’s got everything they need and gives them a safe haven to base themselves when they’re both in London and Perrie isn’t away on tour.
“Plus, it is just half an hour or so from London so Zayn won’t be going into exile just yet.”
