Turns out the heartthrob was jilted by actress Christina Applegate way back in 1989 after the pair’s first date went a little sour.
The pair went on a date to the MTV Movie Awards in 1989.
Christina, who ironically played a sister to Brad’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston on hit TV show Friends, opened up about the date this week while appearing on Watch What Happens Live.
According to the Married With Children actress, she left the date with Brad to see another man.
The actress remained tight-lipped about who she jilted Brad for.
In the interview, presenter Andy Cohen said to the 43-year-old: “In your files there was much talk of a date with Brad Pitt to the MTV Movie Awards in 1989.
“You ditched him for another guy. The question is, who was the guy you ditched Brad Pitt for?”
The actress replied, “I have to say it? I don’t have to do nothing” but did go on to confirm that her other beau was not an actor but was known to the public.
Martyn and Christina have a four-year-old daughter together, Sadie.
The star also confirmed that they did not continue dating, which is good news for musician Martyn LeNoble, who married Christina in 2013.
