Gwyneth Paltow is one of those celebs who seems to get a hard time no matter what she does. The latest dig came from lifestyle guru Martha Stewart, who had a very catty comment to make about the actress’ website Goop.
Stewart said: “She just needs to be quiet. She’s a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn’t be trying to be Martha Stewart.”
Ouch.
When the comment was brought up during Paltrow’s interview at Fortune‘s Most Powerful Women Summit on Tuesday, she reacted with a level of humour and grace that the audience absolutely loved. You go, Gwyn!
