Charlie Sims has dramatically quit his role on TOWIE, announcing the news on his Twitter account today.
The 22-year old took to social media to announce he was leaving the show, in a bid to ‘grow up and move on’:

The reality TV star has also hinted at a split with girlfriend Ferne McCann, after it is believed a row between them and sister Chloe forced Charlie to reconsider his role on the show:

It’s believed that the Sims siblings begin rowing over Charlie’s relationship with Ferne, but things escalated when Chloe described her cousin Joey Essex as a “better brother” than him.
The cause of the split between Charlie and long-term girlfriend Ferne has not yet been revealed.
