Former X Factor contestants Tamera Foster and Sam Callahan have called time on their relationship, according to reports this morning.
The couple, who got together after appearing on last year’s series of the show, are said to have gone their separate ways with her hoping to focus on her music career.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Tamera had strong feelings for Sam, but she is also very ambitious.
“It wasn’t her intention to hurt him, but she knew it was time to move on. Sam is moving on with his career and is still very ambitious so it just wasn’t going to work.”
Tamera (17) is said to be the one who made the decision. She is currently signed with Simon Cowell’s record label, Syco, and has been tweeting recently about releasing new material.
Sam and Tamera started dating last year after meeting on the show.
