TV show host and personality Chelsea Handler and millionaire hotelier André Balazs have parted ways.
This is the second time the couple have split.
“He’s been telling his friends they’re done,” a source told Life & Style. “They’re definitely over.”
The duo first broke-up in late 2011 after less than a year of dating. They rekindled their romance in 2012.
A second insider added: “Chelsea stopped wearing the vintage compass necklace André gave her.”
Just six months ago, the host of Chelsea Lately said she loved André.
Speaking on Oprah’s Next Chapter, Handler said, “I’ve met my match.”
“We couldn’t be more opposite. I bring out the stupidity in him probably,” she said.
“We were talking about living our lives together, my boyfriend and I. We’ve broken up a couple of times and gotten back together, and we’re trying to figure out how to live a life together.”
However she admitted that long-distance was a big issue.
“It’s just so hard, and it’s just so taxing,” she said. “But when you really want to be with someone, you can make that work — but you don’t want it to be uneven.”
Chelsea is currently back at work in Los Angeles, where her show films.
