I’m A Celebrity couple Joey Essex and Amy Willerton have called time on their short-lived relationship.
The pair whose romance began in the jungle in this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here had talked about their own reality show but that appears to have fallen by the wayside now.
‘Joey’s now hot property and she will be gutted not to cash in on his success,’ an insider told The Sun.
‘ITV hoped they would stay together and star in their own show, but now it won’t happen. Things fizzled out towards the end of December.’
The news comes as Joey was spotted enjoying a date with another girl at London’s Brick Lane while Amy spent New Year’s Eve with Dan Osbourne of TOWIE.

Dan uploaded a snap of the pair to his Twitter account, accompanied by the caption, ‘Happy 2014!!! @amywillerton xx.’
In a recent interview with OK! magazine, Joey’s ex Sam Faiers, also of TOWIE fame, said that she didn’t believe Joey’s romance with Amy was real.
‘I know the real Joey. And I honestly don’t think he really has fallen for her. I think they’ve just developed a good friendship.’
