Arcade Fire have released a 20-second teaser for upcoming track ‘We Exist‘ and the video features one of our favourite superheroes looking very different.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 actor Andrew Garfield is the clip’s star. The 30-year-old can be seen donning a blonde wig, flimsy white dress and a pink painted eye mask as he strides through a massive crowd before the scene cuts to him visibly distressed and shaving his head in front of a mirror.
According to Billboard , the crowd scene was filmed during the band’s set at the second weekend of the Coachella festival last month.
Frontman Win Butler told the crowd, “the right to marry anyone you want is a human rights issue,” before the performing into ‘We Exist,’ a song about son coming out to his father.
