Cedars-Sinai, the hospital where Kim Kardashian gave birth, have confirmed that six people have been involved in a privacy breach which may involved Kim and her new baby.
Five workers and a student research assistant have been fired following a breach of privacy records, according to the LA Times.
A hospital spokeswoman confirmed that 14 patient files were inappropriately accessed over a period between June 18 and June 24.
As of yet, the hospital have refused to comment on whether Kim Kardashian’s file was one of those accessed, although they have confirmed that five of the workers accessed just one file while another accessed 14.
As a result of the incident, the hospital has provided more privacy training for staff.
Representatives for Kim and Kanye have refused to comment.
