Simon Cowell has admitted that it would have been better, for his bank balance, if he had been born gay.
The 53-year-old music mogul, who is known for his womanising ways, told former flame Terri Seymour during a recent interview that he has been worried about bankruptcy in the past.
Simon with his ex-girlfriend Terry Seymour with whom has was chatting recently.
He revealed to the television presenter: “Yes (I have feared bankruptcy) particularly when I’ve had girlfriends like you lot!”
The 52-year-old added: “I said to someone the other day that I wish I had been born gay. I would have saved a fortune.”

But money doesn’t seem to be a concern now for Simon who is expecting his first child with current squeeze Lauren Silverman. In fact he even said that he wouldn’t rule out walking down the aisle one day.
“I’m not ruling anything out in the future,” he explained. “If you asked me a year ago, at my age am I going to have a baby, I probably would have said ‘no’ so you’ve got to take each day as it comes now.”
