Shayne Ward has blasted X Factor for failing to invite him to take part in a new promo for the show.
The advertisement featured X Factor success stories and included One Direction, Olly Murs, Little Mix, JLS, Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke.
The If That’s Okay With You singer took to his Twitter to complain about the snub.
“Just seen the new X Factor promo video,” he wrote.
“Yet again it’s like I’m being erased slowly from their history. Pathetic really. Would love to know why?”
Ward’s 170,000 followers began sending tweets in support of the star.
“Thank you to everyone who tweeted me nice messages. It just would’ve been nice to have been acknowledged.
“It was a big part of my life.”
