Kim Kardashian has been in hiding since the birth of her first baby North in June of this year. Although there have been no photos of the baby, pictures have emerged of Kim’s first appearance in public.
Dressed down in a denim shirt and wearing black leggings with barely any make-up, Kim was out and about for a doctor’s visit along with baby North and Kanye on August 14th.
Baby North was, of course, completely obscured by a blanket. No pics of baby yet then!
