Former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan has spoken out for the first time since announcing her pregnancy.
The actress, who revealed that she and Scott Sinclair are expecting their first child together last month, appears on the latest cover of OK! magazine.
As well as showing off a hint of a baby bump, Helen told the publication that she is convinced she’s having a boy.
She explained: “Scott’s known I’ve wanted to be a mum since pretty early in our relationship. So when I turned 24 we both felt it was our time to finally have our baby.
“A mum really is everything I’ve genuinely wanted to be. I think it’s the best thing you can be! I’m convinced it’s a boy – I love the name Flynn.”
Speaking about her relationship with her footballer beau, she said: “We’ve been together for five years so we’re just like best friends. We do everything together. We’re very compatible.
“Scott will be a great birthing partner too. He’s so calm and together… I know he’ll be a fantastic dad.”
