Adele apparently organised a fancy dress party to celebrate her 27th birthday this week before sharing a snap of her outfit on Twitter.
George Michael himself tweeted: “Happy Birthday @OfficialAdele !!! I’m so flatted, love The Singing Greek! xxx”.
